01. Welcome to Advanced Machine Learning

Welcome to Term 2 of the Machine Learning Nanodegree program!

We're excited that you've decided to continue on in your journey to becoming a Machine Learning Engineer. Here's a recap of what you achieved in Term 1:

  • Programming with Python using Pandas and Numpy libraries to analyze a real dataset of passengers on the Titanic and predict their survival.

  • Analyzed a real dataset of housing prices in Boston by making use of scikit learn and regression, then built and optimized a model to predict the price of houses, based on their features.

  • You also built a classification model to identify the best potential donors for a charity by using several classification algorithms and optimizing them for quality.

  • And, you studied a real dataset of customers for a company and applied several unsupervised learning techniques to extract valuable information from this data.
